My first time ordering online from them, I order because of a special they had on 'n product I wanted to try out. I ended up ordering other products toom, which I would not of ordered if I was not for the item on special. I waited almost 2weeks for my order to be delivered, after I had to follow up over why the order was taking so long. When I received my order the item I wanted was not in my order received, I was not notified that my full order was not going to be received, I had to give them a call to say my full order was not received, after which they informed me they did not have the item that they sold as on special in stock and could not source me one. I will not recommend ordering online from them, on all areas the service was bad. I have to know wait up to 14days to receive a refund. I will update the review over 14days to see if they refund in time and if I am going to have to follow up with my refund which I am almost certain is going to be the case. The other bad thing is the concealer I wanted was on special for the same amount at Edgars also, if I order from them I would have had my product, know I have to buy it at full price.
Bought a stanley flip straw on the 30th of November the stanley was defective they send it back but when they called me to come get my new item it was the wrong product. I then asked for a refund so I could buy the product I wanted somewhere else. They do not want to refund me I have been waiting more than 6 weeks for my item know i have to wait again. Buying such a expensive item one would think they would be more helpfull.
Great product but bad service bad the courier service they use are horrible do not know if the admin ib getting your oder is worth the product you get.
Bought brand new shoes at quite the price not even two month ago, the white **** leather is starting to shed, it has never been whet or I have not walked in through water, they have not been washed yet, I am still in my 60dy return perioded when I contacted them they said that that I can only return it to a shop, but where I live there is no Puma shop, after that they just stopped communicating with me,
Very easy to subscribe but do not try to cancel your subscription, debit order is still going of after two months of cancelation of subscription and when I call about the refund they always say next day. Have not received my refund yet.
Canceled my subscription but debit order stil goes of more than a month after they confirmed subscription was canceled.
Would rate them 0 if could. Worst service if you try to call they just drop your call been trying to get them to deliver before 5 for 5 business days
This services does not work at all, drivers are late or can not find your house. Please be aware that you must not use your location on your phone but rather add the address manually without your location being on. Further more if you use the app and they make a mistake and cancel your order you lose the R35 and tip you paid. You only get refunded your grocery amount, even if you did not make a mistake.
Webafrica has very poor services, the consultants says one thing and then something totally different happens. My experience with them has just been bad, my internet always has problems. on top of that I got feed a absurd amount and nobody told me about it. I would not recommend them at all, and know I am stuck, if I cancel my contract with them before the two years I loss a lot of money already paid. non of the consultants ever say the same thing.
I have rented from a lot of agents and by far the most unreliable agents I worked with. Sitari country estate was a great place to live, but would never recommend someone to rent there because of the poor service Uvest gives.
