I installed fibre yesterday and was told it should be activated soon. I have reached out to rockenet via whatsapp and what told to hold for 2 hours by Asemahle. No updates nothing. My messages are getting ignored after that. I then decided to call and no response for a whole 10 minutes. I have lost a day's work waiting for the wifi to be activated
They have been closing all my query tickets without actually resolving and have been passing me around back and forth between them and vumatel. I logged a ticket about my internet speed last year and to this day, 5 tickets later, it's still not resolved. Do no come near supersonic.

I canceled my subscription in July after deciding I didn't want to continue with my classes. I was send an email to confirm my cancelation. But then in August they took my money. I've been trying to get a refund but the billing team keeps on sending the same message like I'm talking to a bot. I want my refund!!!
The worst support you can receive from a company. They are unreachable through whatsapp, call and email. I once waited 30mins to get through and when I did the agent ended my call before I could say anything. I don't recommend Supersonic
