A predatory finance company that charges poor people trying to build homes 34,75% interest on small loans My domestic worker was not shown the interest or total amount (compulsory under the NCA) and is now left with a huge settlement amount. Kanga are ******* and deviants preying on the poor. A disgusting business model. I don't know how they sleep at night.

The booking process was really easy and great that you can pay upfront before collection. The actual collection was the easiest I've had in my decades of renting cars! Quick and efficient and online. No standing in hours of queues with long paper based process of other rental companies. I was offered an upgrade, but didn't want a sedan. The team were great in chasing around to find an alternative. Unfortunately, this rush meant that it wasn't a great car, but I called the office and Woodford sent a driver with a replacement within the hour! Thanks! That was excellent service.
Do not buy flights with a Nedbank card. They will charge for travel insurance (it's supposed to be free) without asking if you need or want it. The premium will just be debited from your account. I had no call to go over the cover; they don't even send a document explaining the cover. And it's ridiculously expensive. You can get better, cheaper cover in the market. This is theft and *****

I explained to more than one 'assessor' about what was wrong with my roof. But they clearly didn't care. After TWO MONTHS of no show after no show (I had paid 50% deposit in October), they finally arrive today to fix the roof. They replaced a section of roof that wasn't leaking - and didn't paint what they had replaced - and left the leak as is. I will now need to pay another service provider to fix this for me. Honestly - worst service ever.
