Worst experience from the clinic, the doctor only spends less than 5 minutes with you he didn't look keen to help me you even feel like you making things up I mean I wouldn't go to the doctor on Sunday just for fun. Well it is not the first time going there but I thought it would be different this time but it wasn't good at all. The nurses only check BP and weight, no temperature and oxygen levels tests taken and they don't ask you anything, they don't even introduce themselves. Yet we pay for them to service even if I'm using medical aid i am not consulting for free.
I paid off my Jet Account in December 2018 as per the call I received from MBD I was requested to go and pay directly at Jet. I went same day to make a payment and called back MBD to get the paid up letter, they promised to send it but to date I received nothing. I gave up at that time making calls to get the letter because I was being sent from pillar to post. Later in 2019 I contacted clearscore via email asking them to assist and they assisted me with the status of my account on clearscore and they were very very helpful. Now my problem is that I am still looking for the paid up letter and since yesterday I have been calling, MBD they gave me a number to call and since then I called, RCS, Norman and Bissett, Jet Accounts no one could assist me with my query I'm very frustrated now and I ran out of options. Please help
The company responded shortly after posting my complaint. My points were allocated back so i can redeem another voucher. The company can still improve as their communication is not on point.
I am very dissapointed with Enlighten Panel, I claimed R250 Woolies voucher in Nov 2019 and after several emails I have sent to them finally l receive the voucher in Feb. I then went to exchange the voucher which declined. Again sent Enlighten several emails they escalated the matter it showed that the voucher was issued on 26 Nov 2019 and exchanged on 29 Nov 2019 which then means I received a voucher that was already redeemed. Since then I have not heard anything from them I sent them several emails and all i get is ticket numbers the 24 hours turnaround time does not exist to them yet I receive surveys from them almost everyday. Also there is no proper apology from them when they come back to you they just say "sorry to hear that" which to me is not enough because they do not explain why there are delays with their vouchers. I am so dissapointed I must say!
