Always works. Have not had any dealings with customer service, because it just always works

NO way of contacting them.
They never answer their phones. Never. I tried for 4 years!!! to get them to do their work (of allowing me to register a trailer). I paid a R800 fee yearly and no answer form them at all. I tried calling 10 times throughout a day for 10 days in a row. They don't answer, and if they do they simply cut you off. IMPOSSIBLE.
