The Best Debt Free Team

Dissapointed with service
Good day, After alot of emails, with no response I'm very dissapointed with your service, I spoke to one of your consultants on 12 July asking for a reduction on my monthly fee, because there was an amount added for Vuma cam solution as well. The consultant explained the reason and why it was added and that it is not possible for you to give me a reduction on my monthly fee and add the extra services. I then asked him to remove the vuma cam as an extra and he reduced the monthly fee, with the option to add it later if I want to make use of it. Month end it was still the same including the vuma cam extra that I did not opt for.. Regards

Direct axis
I'm on Debt Review since 2019, in 2020 the court order was granted and this allowed me to pay the agreed minimum amount. On all my accounts under debt review there is a significant reduction on the capital amounts I owe since then, except Direct Axis. Nothing seems to be happening with this account although they receive a minimum amount every month.

Debt Review Centre - No Response
A request was sent on 14 February 2020 to please close my Bank account because it is under Debt review and the account fees must be written off and all charges must be reversed as this account is not in use anymore. A request from the Debt Counselor was sent on 13 November 2019. No response and fees get added every month. Regards
