We have been without water for 4 days in a row, electricity for 2 days and again water for 2 days in the span of a year please don’t ever move in here it’s a slum. The Body Corp doesn’t pay the account so every time the JMPD comes to switch off the power or water while we can’t bath or drink water the owners sit in their high palaces not giving a single thought about the people they hurt.
I have been living without a stove or a bathroom light for the last 3-4 months now it started shocking me if I touched it, they sent someone to disconnect it and since then it has been over a month now I can only cook on a gas burner I bought myself. I contact them and its always the same story we will send someone, we will arrange a date but week after week I wait and wait nothing happens and I am still living like a pesant.I pay my rent every month without question on time on the day. These people are happy to take your money but when it is time to actually do their part nothing gets done. If I could give a minus 5 star that is what I would have given them.
The experience i have had is one of the worst i have ever had. I have been waiting a week for tt connect to reply on a email, in the email i asked them to please release a line for me, the fiber line is in my flat already installed they just have to open it so that my internet provider can give me internet access. During this covid-19 crisis i have been unable to do my work from home as is required at this time because tt connect can bother to read or reply on a email.
