Poor service
Very poor service. Been a customer since 2012 and if I could rate them at -10 I would. Not good at all

SHOCKING SERVICE
Dont know how they stay in business.Takes mor thn 5 minutes to answer the phone for sales and if you have a problem then be prepared wait on whatsApp for at least three HOURS.NO FEEDBACK FROM THEM EITHER.BET NO RESPONSE HERE EITHER

Poor service
I have had email delivery problems for the last month and get no resolution to the problem on the server. This has caused me to loose 3 clients in the last week, and no to top it off,they cant even accept a ticket to transfer one of the domains out. No feedback is ever given either. I really dont recommend them

Excellent service
I am very happy with the service received from 1 Grid and all the guys, Zunaid, Aqeel and the rest of the team. They have always been able to assist with my queries and protect my interests when others try to get information about an account without my permission or knowledge. Thank you.
