I was very much disappointed with their service. This makes me doubt whether I should continue with them for my family that is still covered under MHA
I had contract with Vodacom but was handed over to the debt collectors. Have paid up and settled my account. I called Vodacom to unblock my devices as I have settled the account. I've been waiting for two (2) weeks for Vodacom to unblock my devices but with no luck. Every time I call, they say it will be opened within 48 hours. Maybe 48 hours to them is 48 weeks. Please help
