I booked a cleaning service on the 19th of December 2023 for Monday 9 January 2024. I unfortunately had to cancel on the 3rd of January due to a family emergency. The policy said the reserved money would be reflect back in my account within 10 business days, however it has been well over 10 days and I have received anything. The customer service tells me it is a bank issue but my bank says no money has been refunded from SweepSouth. I wouldn't recommend the SweepSouth service. I will be deleting my account and tell those in my circle at home and at work to avoid SweepSouth.

I have had network issues for weeks. I can't get a hold of the support people. This is not ok, especially now during the lockdown. I am working from home and need to use the wifi to do my job. It would be nice if someone could help
