I was sold a fake solar battery at double the price of a genuine one. I was also promised back-up support but when the battery died less than a year since installation I only got messages saying they will call me later which they never did.
On Friday 10 April I wanted to buy Telkom mobile data online during this lockdown. I got onto telkom.co.za and while searching came upon a site called "Just Answer" and I gave my card number thinking that it was part of the registering process. R506 was deducted immedintelligent and nothing more came from that site even though I pleaded with them ton refund. On Friday 17 April a further R510 was deducted without any service or help rendered. Please advice as to how I can stop this.
