Not trustworthy!
I was a Contractor for this company and ever pushed overtime on multipe occasions which I did not charge them for, we are going on 4 months and they still haven't paid, not even so much as try to establish communication to arrange a payment option, when trying to contact them for payment the only response was "we will phone you tomorrow". I NEVER REALISED THAT "TOMORROW" CAN BE THE SAME AS "NEVER". Do not support this company! If they can't pay their contractors, how can they deliver a service?

Poor service
I was sold a fake solar battery at double the price of a genuine one. I was also promised back-up support but when the battery died less than a year since installation I only got messages saying they will call me later which they never did.

TERRIBLE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE
Do not do business with UTAS under any name which they trade to avoid SARS. These people are unethical and only practice bad business. Their place looks like a real *****s nest. They have zero skills in what they do. They are completely INCOMPETENT.

Utas Solar imports & Exports - now Utas something in Zambezi street, Sinoville is selling second-hand batteries as new. My system is still down since February 2018. We are now 3 x households that have open 3 x different fraud cases against this company run by father and son as they just keep on changing companies names to get away from taking ownership of their bad business schemes and the replacing of these second-hand batteries. We are talking about a large number of monies! The one case holder has also opened a case of intimidation and assault against the ****her! We are still waiting for feedback from the SAP in Sinoville regarding our 3 fraud cases.
