It is 2 weeks later and only response from her is, i will not help you as you bad mouth me. I am only telling the truth that Eileen do not want to help me. She does not even have a reception in pretoria but its a thirdparty in capetown answering Eileens calls and has never met her even

Bad Payer
This owner does not pay his bill for internet and then months later comes up with excuse that his roof is broken and will not pay his bills. Then he held the tenant responsible and threaten her with lauwers and huge bills and keeping her deposit. Do not do any work for this person and do not pay him till all work is done and satisfied.
