At CRR my issues was resolved and the warmth and assurance I received from Leila was exceptional. I would like to thank CRR for assisting me and would highly recommend them.
On the 25th Jan I phoned in and held on for 20 min prior to an agent answering, I logged an electrical fault for my home ref 763/25. After 15hours Tshwane contacted me to confirm the fault and I was advised a technician is being dispatched. A day later I called back to enquire when the technician will be dispatched and I was advised that the case was closed and had to re-open a new case (248/27j. I asked the consultant to escalate the matter as it is the 3rd day being without lights and that I already suffered loss as all the food in the fridge went bad and the items in the freezer was defrosted, the consultant told me that she couldnt prioritize my call at which point I requested to speak to the supervisor. The consultant placed my call back into the queue. I am still without lights and utterly disgusted at the poor/no service from our municipality.
I decided to open a banking account and didn't want to stand in the bank all day so I decided to do it online. After completing the application I was then requested to submit additional documents through email which I did. I was then contacted by Susanne who indicated to me that I have to go into the branch to update my details all of which was sent via email. Upon arriving at the bank I had to look for someone who could direct me to the correct que. I stood in the new applications line where about 4 people stood in front of me and one consultant was on duty. After a painful one hour wait it was my turn at which the consultant pointed out that the address didn't match, as on the lights bill it didn't include the city and on the affidavit from my dad he wrote Pretoria. I immediately called for the manager, and Mandla from the Attlyn branch came to speak to me. I pointed out to Mandla the following: It was an online application why did I have to come into the bank to do the application. The documents used was the same as the online application, why wasn't it pointed out to me at that stage that there was an error. I asked Mandla if he went to school and was taught English, since he claimed to have went to school I asked him what was the proper format of an address, to which he responded that he was educated just to copy it exactly as is and doesn't know what the format is. I am very disappointed with the entire process: if a company is unable to process documents online why do they have the service, perhaps just to give an image that they are trending with world class services and infact all they have is a bunch of copy cats. When such a large capacity of people live in informal settlements how do they confirm proof of residence. The manager Mandla was very abrupt and came across as not being too educated and it was frustrating talking to him. Above all I lost valuable time and money going back and forth. I am disgusted at the way Absa treated me during the entire ordeal.
A letter to GOD Goverment Of Democracy For so long have I found comfort, peace and advancement under GOD. Now that I have paid my tax to a democracy it is turned for communist and what once was there serving as my protection has become the enemy, with videos circulating showing the brutality of the new unconstitutional army and police forces it is undoubtly that I live in fear of them. I have run from them but for how long, when will i take my stand against the evil communist dictatorship. Now that I have chosen to take a stand for democracy a legacy born from the bloodshed and suffering of our elders am I considered a rival. With the great wisdom, hardhips, bloodshed Madiba and his companions a new constitution was born. Now that same constitution is tossed aside, it is clear that Cyril and or the ANC values and ideals has changed. The ANC has given us the constitution, the ANC has transgressed the constitution making it visible for all to see that there is no law. Not only has Cyril broken the constitution but he is enforcing the police the army to carry out his dictatorship. With the president breaching the constitution it makes our worse criminal look like angels in comparison. The longer this dictatorship continues the more prone are we to accept the new normal. Let us unite Let us speak out in media and warn people of all critical aspects of the current system Let's bring perpetrators to the constitution to justice. Let's rebuild what is lost. Let's remain constant and true to our word and our purpose. Let's get back our lovely country, the Democratic Republic of South Africa Let's bring GOD back to our land.
Government Of Democracy. Why oh why did you remove GOD from your constitution. For so many years I have remain in you and you in me but now you have tossed me aside. When I was fading you remained silent, when you avoided your brother you said it was for my own protection. Where has the love gone? It was a hard struggle long years of blood shed, imprisonment but I stood strong to fight the course and place a democracy for you. Everything that Madiba stood for is washed away in a moment of panic. Why are we not standing strong. Cyril what have you done to the lands, there is chaos everywhere with civil war knocking on the door. Please don't cry for children being enslaved, please do not cry for having the Mark of the beast, you accepted terms you remained silent now the darkness has come. It is too late to cry ABBA Father you had your chance now you standing for judgement!!!!!!
We have now thugs roaming the streets armed. What has this turned into. Mandela suffered in prison for our freedom and democracy. The very blood which gave birth to our constitution in which the president army police swore an oath to. We, the people of South Africa, Recognise the injustices of our past; Honour those who suffered for justice and freedom in our land; Respect those who have worked to build and develop our country; and Believe that South Africa belongs to all who live in it, UNITED IN OUR DIVERSITY We therefore, through our freely elected representatives, adopt this Constitution as the supreme law of the Republic so as to - Heal the divisions of the past and establish a society based on DEMOCRATIC values, social justice and fundamental human rights; Lay the foundations for a democratic and open society in which government is based on the will of the people and every citizen is equally protected by law; Improve the quality of life of all citizens and free the potential of each person; and Build a united and democratic South Africa able to take its rightful place as a sovereign state in the family of nations. May God protect our people. Let us examine the constitution and we will find that Mandela structured it in such a manner as to protect all of its people. Cyril has bridged his pledge to the nation and to the constitution. For how long are we to tolerate the communist dictatorship. Who or what is the deadly threat What value does our constitution offer. It is time for us to raise above the virus It is time for us to stand firm in our beliefs and constitution. Amandla Power to the people.
