I was totally disappointed in my bank. My financial went south earlier in 2022 when I reached out to my Private Banker I didn't get any real solutions. I then later suggested consolidating all my debt into my bond which they then declined because of my situation. So I then decided to push through this problem as it is my problem. So with the latest interest changes I decided to contact the bank again to find out it they are willing to lower the interest rate on my vehicles and my bond. They just said no they are not going to do it the MFC consultant blatantly just said sorry if you cant afford it surrender the vehicle. So now the Nedbank Slogan reads - We seriously only take your money. Nedbank will rather ruin me financially then help me i.e. biting the hand that feeds you.
I had a RCS personal loan(PL) which I paid every month and then proceeded to ask a settlement letter for as I consolidated my RCS PL & another one into one PL. a Settlement letter was provided which I then proceeded to pay the amount on the letter within the 5 days I had to settle the loan account. I then proceeded to send proof of payment back to RCS on which they never reacted. I was then informed about 2 months afterward that this loan is not settled. It then came to light that they supplied the incorrect amount on the settlement letter. Now they are still sending SMS's stating that I owe them money but I have settled the account. This is now going to negatively affect my good credit record.
