When you shop around for an attorney they say the first consultation is free. Even if you insist to know the prise of the first consultation, Andrew McCabe tells you not to worry about it and it is free. When you ask for any rates, they only say that they will call you and discuss the way forward. If you then decide not to use them(because you can not get a rate from them) you will get an statement with the 'free' consultation costing R766 and other charges aswell. If that is the way they do business, i am rally glad i decided not to use them. (Still have to pay them though)

Worse after sales service than the ANC After moving to a non metrofiber area, it took me 3 months to cancel the billing even after the service was stopped. After speaking to some manager(Bruce Janse van Rensburg) they eventually fixed the problem and now i have credit. 1 year later and 30+ phone calls, i am still receiving a bill saying they owe me money. I have told them to shove the money but to please stop sending the bill. The response i got was that the bill will only stop once they repay my credit and 3 promises of repayment later, i am yet to see a cent and am still receiving a bill saying they owe me money. Moral of the story, using Metro fiber is like voting ANC or kissing your sister, fun while it is happening but afterward you really regret it.

Since i took out my 5G Premium package 5 months ago i've been having inconsistent download speeds and very low upload speeds. I have logged maybe 40 tickets on the website since December 2019. The few times a agent contacted me i have supplied them with all the info they need to resolve my problem and after they never contact me again. Every time they say they will escalate the problem or send it to the technical team. They made an appointment with me eventually for Wednesday 09:30 (2020/22/04) to come to my house which means i had to put in leave for the day. They never came or canceled of postponed the appointment. I even gave them the solution to fix my problem. I need a 5G cpe X router (outdoor router) which i will even install myself. If it was possible to give 0 stars i would.
