Curtain Dream has extreamly poor customer service. I made an online order and a few days after not hearing anything send them a Whatsapp message. I got an automated response saying turnaround for orders placed after 14:30 will be done the next day, this was already a couple of days after I placed my order and I have not received any communications except the automated confirmation email and the automated Whatsapp response. Another couple of days with no response so I Whatsapp another number of theirs and was responded to, a lady sent me a voicenote saying they haven't been dealing with any queries on my order, which is the problem, no one tended to my query... Then finally a few hours after the time they said they would get back to me they were busy with my order and said that the fabric I orderd was out of stock. I explained that I needed cotton and that the color didn't matter that much but polyester would not work for my project and was told yet again that they would get back to me. Again it has been a whole day of no communication and just getting blue ticked. I have now asked for a refund because I cannot do business with a company with such poor customer service but again no response.
Excellent service. I ordered my package on Sunday 11 of October 2020 and it was delivered Monday Afternoon 12 October 2020 at around 14:00. The website is very user friendly and the products are nicely and accurately represented. My 3 water decals were wrapped tightly in bubble wrap to protect them from folding and being damaged and they also came neatly packed in a cute bag accompanied by the invoice. Money well spend.
The service I received from this perfume shop is honestly one of the best experiences I have had with regard to ordering goods online. They reply to all email within a few hours and the perfume came in a good, protective package and it was 2 days early, it was delivered from Pretoria to Johannesburg in 1 day.
I wish I could have left no stars... THIS IS A SCAM... Thy sent me the following email : "Good day, We received your application regarding the advertised Staff Vacancy and we apologize for the late response as we have been waiting on the new openings. They wanted me to do the background check and screening myself and also pay for it... Do not trust either westpolesa or executive career program.
