Please stay away from these people. My first purchase from them went OK. Waited a little long, but eventually got my merchandise. Then I bought 5pairs of shoes from them (him). When my order arrived, I had to return 4pairs, due to wrong size or wrong colour. Only 2 of the 4 were successfully exchanged. After 6months I still haven't received the other 2pairs. My calls are not answered and messages gets blue ticked. Please stay away from this ****med.
In December i spent R7995 on 3 bus tickets at Pick n Pay Paarl Mall and was looking forward to receiving the smart shopper points as so boldly advertised in the store. A month later i still haven't received the points for that transaction so i phoned customer care. I was informed that the points should come from the partner or service provider which was Greyhound and that Greyhound doesn't give points anymore. Why would they still have Greyhound on the adverti*****t in their store if they can't reward their customers? Pick and Pay misled me to buy the tickets from them which i could have bought online. All they could say was that they are sorry.
Don't know why they closed down in the first, but they should never have gone back into business. Booked return tickets from Cape Town to Johannesburg for December holiday. The first trip north was delayed by 2hrs. No communication whatsoever. Only after i phoned the call center to enquire did they send an sms. The drivers looked like two taxi drivers from Bellvile. No uniform, name tag or badge. The bus was in a sad state. No charging points on the top deck worked. Some was hanging from the roof with exposed wires. The onboard toilet didn't flush properly. Our return trip was delayed by 30mins, but at least this time an sms was sent out. Two of our suitecases were damged. One's wheels were broken off. This time the drivers was dressed in uniform and were friendly, but again the toilet didn't flush. The aircon wasn't working and it felt like i was being slow cooked. If your drivers say that the service is poor then what must we as passengers sa3?
