2 weeks—no delivery. Can't get through to an agent on the phone. I call every day. Wait for up to an hour. Call ends. I send emails. Every day. No response. I try to call the delivery partner. No response. I'm not stuck buying out of contract airtime to call without any success. Why didn't I just call these guys in the first place?!?!? My PC had issues with speed, so Juan jumped on a call with me, connected remotely and walked me through everything he would test and change.
