Yet its been 5 days and nobody from Betfred has contacted me or bothered with an email or some sort of compensation but yet I'm still good enough to use there platform daily!!!!
Im extremely dissapointed with Betfred customer service department, not one but two online agents who is suppose to offer assistance just brushed me aside. Firstly it takes forever to get an agent online and then they don't even show that they actually want to help.The way they answer at the beginning of the conversation is absolutely horrible, to say the least and my query is still not resolved, this is not the first time this has happened..I'm a customer who spends money every second day on their site win or lose, but I will not stand for this! I want a call from a Manager and compensation this will never happen to their UK customers!! DON'T UNDERMINE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
I thought Hollywoodbets would improve their service by now, but still no difference for such a massive brand! I hope Hollywoodbets can get there act together and improve there customer service.
I'm really disgusted with the online chat and email customer service I receive when I try to make contact. Hollywoodbets is a massive company but their service is pathetic...I have been reaching out to agents online via chat and email and the service is really appalling! They are quick to take your money but if you have an issue that needs to be resolved you get told you have to just wait!! This is the 2nd review on Hellopeter since May 04 2020 Im still waiting on installation not even the so called project coordinator knows what he doing Im not sure if that just a name they using but this company is really disappointing and pathetic no customer service no installation no follow up no ownership!
I am extremely dissapointed in Supersonic Fibre as a brand, there service is an absolute disgrace!! I've made a payment to get my fibre installed and connected but when I made the payment on there website on the 04/05/2020 the website logged me off once the payment was completed and I couldnt go any further. The payment was taken from my account R395 but nobody could confirm if they received the payment even though I send all my details even the payment reference and proof of payment on my bank statement which clearly states Supersonic and a reference.. Up until today nobody can sort this out I have to wait 3 days for a reply then nothing after that! Very bad and extremely dissapointed!!!
