Useless, a waste of time and effort Read the fine print, they make every excuse not to pay you. Their process is cumbersome and inefficient, you will need to forward numerous documentation, and they never acknowledge anything, they never communicate to the patient,you will wait until your shortfall gets escalated to debt collection and you have to eventually pay the shortfall amount Absolutely useless cover!

This cycle has repeated itself with no resolution. I cannot recommend this gap cover. It fails to provide the support it promises. I’m still waiting for a manager to reach out, and I’m beyond frustrated with speaking to the call centre and receiving the same scripted responses each time. A gap cover is supposed to bridge the shortfall quickly and efficiently. This should have been resolved within three days. Netcare Plus Gap Cover—your service is unacceptable. Please do better.
I ordered lights for about 5k on the 28th October. When the items arrived they not what I expected, how it looked kn their website was definitely not what I got! I immediately tried to contact snatcher but unfortunately they do not offer a service where you can actually speak to an actual human being! It took me nearly two weeks for someone to actually get in contact with me. Another week for ME to return the items myself and when I returned the items they told me that my refund will be completed within 24 to 48 hours Here I am typing this review and I still did not receive my refund! Apalling customer service, disappointing outcome of what you actually get, and overall very unprofessional . I just want my money back, then I cannot wait to block these people from every social media access I have, I never want to hear or see anything related to Snatcher!
STSS prepaid system at The Cambridge does not work correctly, which leads to users being billed a service fee for physical readings and back dated usage. While we do not have a problem for paying for services, it would be preferred that we are billed for when the services are used and not a month later. That is what a pre-paid system is after all. The normal feedback from the STSS call centre is that the meters do not update correctly , due to wifi issues. (for weeks ?) Why does it not update when the Wi-Fi does work and your meters can connect ? To make matters worse is that STSS chargers a service fee for the physical readings to cover the cost of their inaccurate system. To add insult to injury STSS sends out two notifications, an SMS and a message on their APP both of which indicate different amounts due ! Meaning you need to contact STSS to get the correct amount ! The inefficiency of the STSS system means that users are not able to budget utilities costs correctly, as they are thrown a curve ball during the month, and utilities being turned off due to insufficient funds on their account due to back dated usage and billing. Makes the term pre-paid system redundant!
