Worst service!!!!!
Had there been a zero star rating I would've chosen that. Very disappointed in services or rather lack of service rendered by FNB private clients suite. Regret the day I decided to upgrade my account.

Beautiful spa day
With the beautiful view of the Vaal River, polite staff (Mpho and Lebohang), excellent service and amazing food, our experience was truly one to remember. Looking forward to visiting again :). Thank you so much!

Horrible service
If there was a zero option I'd give it, I've been trying to get hold of them for weeks now to no avail. Even sent an email to cancel my policy because of the horrible services, or rather lack thereof, with no response and now they've debited from my account and left me with a negative balance which means extra bank charges for me. Worst insurance experience ever!!!
