We paid R5000 deposit for a shade net in good faith. We are only getting excuses.
Struggling more than a month now to get our fibre working. Everyone has a different story. Escalating the problem to this and that department with no luck. Vodacom your service is pathetic!
Shocking to see how many other people have the same problem as we do. Notified Vodacom on 6 Nov that we will be moving. Been struggling since 27 Nov to get our fibre sorted. We have numerous SR numbers. Nimerous people spoken to with absolutely no help. We have literally been escalated out of our minds.
Worse service - would never recommend anyone to them. My father-in-law passed away on the 18th of April 2020. All documents and claim was submitted on the 22nd April. We were told that claims will take 4-7 working days. Received a sms on 28 April to say we will get feedback on claim within 24-48 hours. no feedback. I have phoned numerous times to follow up. Was told that this is not a funeral policy and we must be patient. Every time they say we will be contacted but nothing happens. My mother in law need this money to actually have the funeral. We need to know when the policy will be paid out.
