Unipressive Customer Care been requesting my 17.W form with no response not sure what is the reason cause each time I called they promise to send ..Can I just found out why is it difficult for me to obtain this document
This courier company is is the worst in customer care including the the who told me he has delivered my parcel and I must go look for it myself
This business is a **** even if you terminate the contract as per their instruction they still deduct the money had to liase with my bank to force them to do what is rightfully within my rights as a person I urge people to never even consider dealing with them. What is worst is their WhatsApp number is suddenly not working and the telephone is always unanswered....BAD Business especially since they dealing with vulnerable people who desperately need to clear their name..
Shoprite money market the worst in saving … Have a problem with money market I’ve been using this card as a form of saving with no problem’ Today was trying to verify my details but failed had to go straight to shoowrite to my surprise was told was using a card that’s not mine how I don’t know but the service was even worse they have no clue how this card work had to tell them will come back .. The way these graves site are so expensive their customer care is very poor you can't get through their receptionist Precious does not call back so as a client you left frustrated.Please can your staff answer calls we pay a lot to be treated like dirt.
Unauthorized debit order day ..my agreed debit order day is on the 27th of each month not before unless the 27th falls on a weekend. Lately this is overlooked and this is frustrating because the agreed date is not it. From the 24th old mutual is invading my account with an unattended debit date .policy: OMG69345SB29160579
My first experience with this business was professional and efficient. Lately I've been having issues that were not there when started for example normally payments were made at your retail stores like Pick n Pay etc However for the past three months was unable to pay at these stores reason being Sopema is offline.I made Sopema aware of this challenge to my surprise was advised to rather do a debit order which was suppose to start on the 1st February 25..to my surprise still no deduction tried calling their three place of business phone blow up until u have up ..I can't manage to always make payment at their offices actually so disappointed 😔 guess management has changed cause when they started business they were very professional.
This business I've ordered one tyre since the 29th of November 2024 up to now I have not received any communication of delivery they only have one contact a cell phone which goes straight to voice mail feel I have been ****med of R1490.
Items of good quality and delivery was efficient excellent service keep it up
