I tried to keep myself from going to social media, but I feel that there is no other way and people need to be made aware. I received a RLD canopy on the 19th of July. When I drove home I saw that it was wet insite the canopy. When I check I can see the following: 1. It leaked through the rubber in multiple places of the window closest to the front of the bakkie. 2. It leaked between the canopy and the bakkie in both corners 3. The rubber is loose where the canopy and tailgate meet. These issues with video/photos were sent/communicated to Kristen and Deon who work for RLD. I was then told by Kristen that a new rubber will be sent to fix the problem on the 23rd of July. When I followed up on the 29th I got no response. I was told I will need to drive to George to get it fixed (800km)! I live in Cape Town and the canopy was fitted in Cape Town. I was then asked to send I email for Refund. Was told only the owner can process this and will need to wait for him. They can not say when he will reply (Can be weeks), I can not speak to him on the phone, NOTHING. All I can say is do not every buy from them as they will leave you high and dry after they got their money. They do not care about customer satisfaction in their product.
I have placed a order at Evetech over a week ago, waited for shipping details that never came. Emailed their sales and was told they do not ship everyday and they do not know when they are doing their next shipping. I kept on sending emails for updates and was told 2 days ago they are shipping my order the next day and will send me the shipping details. It is now 2 days, 50min on hold on the phone and 4 emails later with no response and still no shipping details. Do not tell clients something and the lie to them, what **** service is this? You need to get your house in order and start paying more attention to the way you handle business.
