Pathetic real estate agency Silverton Pta
Useless agency. Never got my rent in time. Stove wrecked although brand new when they took over contract. Keys would not unlock the doors....had to replace at own cost.Broken window, shower head, toilet seat and diefwering out. Owes me more than R 4000 electricity but immediately paid back deposit without inspection report

Monthly theft by Telkom Mobile
An telephonic agent sold us a rooter with uncapped WiFi and free cellphone a year ago..This wonderful deal would only cost R99. We confirmed several times if this could be true. The agent confirmed multiple times. We opened the rooter to find 50 Mb data available monthly. We did not open the cellphone at all. We returned both products to Durban and have a courier waiver with name, date and time of receiving back the products. They keep on deducting a monthly amount of between R349 and R429 from our account. We phoned repeatedly, the company listened to the voice recordings of the sale, and we were promised that the contract was stopped. We are still paying , not for 1 but 2 products! The last 3 months we did reverse the payments, just to find another deduction going off the following month. I am sick and tired of endless phone calls, empty promises and theft. The irony is, that the multiple times we phoned Telkom mobile we have to pay money for phoning on the landline to the very same company.
