Very poor customer support/after-sales service. No way to get through telephonically. Email addresses are invalid. Finally managed to get through via an online form, got a response from Lerato, but then never responded again. Will never support the brand again.
Sparks road branch - Debonairs Sparks fails once again! I had placed an order this afternoon. An hour later I call the store to ask where's my food, they tell me the driver had left and is on the way. (I stay 5 minutes away). Another 20 minutes later, I call again, and they tell me the same story , but the best part is they don't even have the drivers mobile number. I asked the cashier to speak to the manager (there's 2 of them) but apparently they were "unavailable to talk" and would call me back-which they didn't. I receive the pizza over 2 hours later, and the best part is it was a totally different pizza than what I ordered. In fact that pizza looked rather unappetizing with barely any toppings. It's understandable that there are numerous deliveries which need to get delivered, but be sure to inform your customers of that and what the waiting time will be. This is not the first time Debonairs Sparks had disappointed. There has been plenty of occasions in the past. To the owner and the management team, learn how to run a Debonairs pizza outlet appropriately, or close this piece of trash down. This is absolutely appalling!
