There is nothing progressive about this company. I rented from PHI for two years and it felt like I was party to a lawsuit in every interaction and the minute you needed something from them (like getting your deposit back) they wouldn’t respond to emails or calls. They have zero respect for you as a tenant and certainly no respect for your time. Would not recommend. It took me months of phone calls and following up to ensure the smallest thing was actually taken care of (like having hot water in your shower or a broken window in the stairwell being fixed). They consistently did the absolute bare minimum and, shamelessly, took every advantage they could get.
Terrible communication - I've called customer support 4 times this week to try and get an update regarding two orders placed a week ago. Today I received a response explaining my order would be delayed another 3 - 5 weeks? The website stipulated Express Delivery was 1 - 3 days, and Standard Delivery 3 - 5. I've dealt with numerous online stores over the lockdown and no one has delivery such a horrendous all-round experience. A customer support ticket was raised two days and I was told an agent would get back to me "ASAP" - still no response.
