Holes is smokes. No response or responsibility
Bought a whole carton of Dunhill smokes which almost half had holes that likes like mites has been eating it. Raised an complaint on 26 Jan, now 8 Feb, I am still waiting an response. Be Careful.
Be careful when you deal with these agents. Read you contract properly and make sure you are always seen when they deal with your wife. They might slip a contract under her nose without you knowing it.

Local not local
Only care about export markets. Threw their local customers under the bus with covid level 4 lock down when government allowed them to produce and export. Other companies is fighting in court for their South African Market. Use an company that cares and value their local loyal customers.
