Exceptional customer service
A few months ago we put our flat in the market and also at the same time submitted an application for a property that's part of a new development under Alexander Swart. Marlon Money (agent) and Esme (Uzuko property finance) at Alexander Swart has been assisting us with both the selling & buying. Regarding the flat, the paperwork & marketing aspects were quickly finalized but it took some time to get an offer. Marlon was very supportive during this time to keep us positive and help us remain patient. Once we received an enquiry, Marlon finalized the deal shortly there after. And we want to say a huge THANK YOU to Marlon. He's been so professional, friendly and efficient during the entire process. Then it was the bond application for the new property. Esme & Marlon further assisted us with this process. Esme has been amazing. She has been very professional, helpful and extremely patient with us. Especially with my daily follow ups, which can annoy anyone. We extremely thankful for their assistance regarding the above mentioned. They are one of a kind.

Be Careful.
Be careful when you deal with these agents. Read you contract properly and make sure you are always seen when they deal with your wife. They might slip a contract under her nose without you knowing it.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND *
If I could give AS a 0 I would. Never have I ever dealt with such an unorganized business, so many people involved in the renting and selling of one property, so confusing and frustrating! Everyday is someone different calling me with different stories. And not to mention agents telling me lies and making me run up and down.

Arrogant & Vindictive.
This property group in Brackenfell Cape town has a very senior member there who is very vindictive, dishonest and arrogant in her dealings. People in Brackenfell! be warned ...there are many other Estate agencies in your area if you are looking for better service.

Poor Service Delivery
Would not recommend this agency at all. Very dishonest. Agent lied from the beginning. Not responsive to any queries, no after sales service what so ever. Once you sign a lease, they disregard you as a client. Steer away.
