I am so disappointed in the service I received from Mr D even the restaurant I have placed an order with. I place an orser on Mr D for my kids while i was not home. I ordered to meals each the price of R95, I requested no tomatoes because my kids have an allergy reaction for tomatoes. The driver came late 15min late, the food Received was only one mean with which was the ghost burger meal , coke zero and oreo crasher with but the second meal was not with, my daughter checked only after the driver have left. This was before 8pmI tried to contact Mr D i did not get through, i contacted KFC they told me they cnat help me i must call Mr D which made me more upset, i had to get rid of the one meal because there was tomatoes on it,i then had to make alternative agreement for meals which cost me more. I have logged a call request I have logged a complaint. No one have reached out to me. I only received an email saying they credit my wallet with R55 which is less my meal i did not get. I went to KFC I want my mean the refused and told me they can't give my meal. I will not make use of this apo again. Bad bad bad
Worth's service ever have I expierced with this group in Brakenfell. But this is not going to be left like this i am definitely going to take them further.
I have been really struggling to get my one 7 year old child into a school. This is a total nightmare and I am 100% disappointed. We have moved to a different location and I applied online in April for new schools in the area we are moving to. All applications were unsuccessful and i had to go to schools and add my child on a waiting list. My child is retaining the grade again, i have mentioned this to the districts . they want to out my child in a school out of our area in a dangerous area that I'm not familiar of?? I refuse to put my daughter in a school distance from our home. I went up and down back and forth, emails going tried call no help came from 1 single person. I emailed the head minister and he handed it over and the person just said once again my child is accepted in the school they added to the online list. I am calling out for any other advice or help. I asked them to call me no calls came from them. I am tired of going to schools who keeps on telling me there is no space, i am tired of going up and down to different educational districts and conculting with different people. Isbit that difficult to assist me with 1 learner to be place in grade 1. What is my next step to report to the government or to report it tobthe whole work??
I am so disgusted in old mutual, myself and family are with old mutual for many years as loyal customers , but qe are not getting the service or proper assistance back. We are busy with a claim process for more then a month and no communication is coming to me. I went to wynberg branch to submit documents to process the claim. Weeks went by with no communication. I have emailed them contracted them to find out olabout my process and, there was no proper response, I keep on getting different consultants and they keep on telling me a manager will get back to me. More weeks went by. Then on the 17th of June I did my 1st complaint on hello peter, a day after the complaint there was a penny transfered in my bank account way less then my claim, they did not contact me to sprt out this matter nothing. I feel as a client to this company that my trust is lessing, I mean what can go wrong?? I am investigating my family in this company and this is what I get, it's really scary. I am not going to leave this matter. I am taking steps further. I am so so disgusted in old mutual.
Struggling to get hold of them, no CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! Stuggling to get them out to remove the tracker from sold car to my new car no one came to the party, I asked to be canceled and they mentioned I must pay cancelation fee which doesn't state or wasn't mentioned at the start, I'm paying a fee stil up until today and I dnt have a tracker jn my car. Very disappointed my next step is lawyer.
