I have been dealing with Hereford group for the past 3 months regarding a claim. What an absolute shocking experience. Not communication. No calls answered. No reply to emails. 2 claims sumbitted at exactly the same time, only 1 processed. Waiting on the other, its been a month. With no definate answer as to when this will be finalised. Passing the problem on seems to be the operation style. Avoid at all costs, its a NIGHTMARE !
No refund for the Justin Bieber cancelled show. Deadlines never met. Assuming I got scammed with the rest of the ticketholders that did not get refunds.
No refunds on Justin Bieber concert tickets ! 1 month overdue from initial agreed payment date. Probably not going to happen, and having to come to terms that I was scammed by Big Concerts and Ticketmaster.
Ordered and fully paid my order 11 days ago. Absolutely No communication from there side. No delivery, but they promise delivery within 5 days. Requested communication via the app and website, but nobody contacts you. Stay away. This seems to be a scam, I'll be advising the ombudsman. I motivate all complainants to do the same.
Tried Bossa for the second time today, and we are yet to experience it. First visit the male manager on duty was VERY ****y and rude. We waited so long that for service we eventually got up and went to Spur in the same complex. The manager actually shouldered me as I walked in because I asked him why he was being rude.Tonight, walked in, again treated bad by the female manager and the guy taking our temprature, only to be seated outside by the the waiter and told the table we are seated at is actually reserved (no reserved sign) and that we need to leave at 19:00 so the actual guests that booked can sit there. No walkings accepted. Got up again and left. Its been a miss twice, and your staff is ****Y and rude. Go to Spur, you'll be better off.
Prices differ from marked price to what is rung up at till points. Manager was rude when called out on this. Check your pricing when you do shop there, but stay clear in general if you can. Wont support them any more.
The WORST level of service I have received, hands down. Trying to get hold of Liberty Corporate since Wednesday, 02/12/2020. Was assisted by Agang, who I rated 5 stars on a previous rating, but now turned out to be just as useless as the rest of them. NO Communication with regards to policies. NO call answer when you phone their offices. NO call answer when you phone their call center. NO follow up on any queries. Spoke to Lerato this morning, she was going to get hold of someone and phone me 'right back', Its been 3 hours later. Just spoke to Mohau, who then says its normal to hold the line for 35 and 45 minutes at a time, as they experience high call volumes. I shouldn't drop the line after 45 minutes. How long would you like me to hold Mohau ? I've been holding from last week, are you really that incompetent. This is the level of service you can expect from this pathetic excuse for a company.
Have been dealing with Agang in the corporate division. She is so friendly and helpful. What a pleasure dealing with this agent. Keep up the good work Agang.
Would not recommend this agency at all. Very dishonest. Agent lied from the beginning. Not responsive to any queries, no after sales service what so ever. Once you sign a lease, they disregard you as a client. Steer away.

We have an urgent project, and he really is going the extra mile, and we appreciate the effort. Handled our queries and gave very good advise. I would recommend making use of this branch.
