In March 2022 ultimate cars prospection had been chosen by my insurance company King price which I had no involvement or choice in . A week goes by In March with no Communication from your business on the progress of my vehicle I then decide to take a drive to your premises and when entering your business I asked to view my vehicle I was told that it's been stored in a storage facility up the road TFM Customizing. I then make my way up to the storage only to find for a week my car had not been touched or worked with as yet . I then recieve a sms the next day after visiting n enquiring that it is in now in stripping lol funnily 2 weeks then passed. Kzn was then affected by the rains and being worried about my vehicle for days I have been trying to contact the facility enquiring about my vehicle . Finally I phone my insurance and the say they will get ahold of ultimate cars. I then recieve a email from my insurance saying that ultimate cars had been affected by the floods but all vehicles were safe only your machinery had been affected and that there will be a futher week waiting because of this delay . Yesatday the 26th of April 2022 I was told by ultimate cars that my car had been affected by the flood at the premises but the water was only pedal height so they are sending the cars for a auto valet. Something made me jump in my vehicle right away and go to the premises and guess what just like any other lieing ****ty business I make my way to my vehicle and see that your idea of pedal height water is definitely the wrong idea . Maybe it's something your are scamming all the customers into believing because the evidence and video records I have of my vehicle when arrived to your premises shows the car had been submerged in water and filled up till the steering wheel . My car is ruined . Owner of ultimate cars trinolin has been lieing to me about my vehicle all along . When you enter the premises the staff is busy trying to strip all the vehicles that have been affected by the flood imagine till yestaday after that many months what's more sad is that you have not even opened one ***** to repair or any signs of repairs been made to my vehicle thus far . What's worst is I'm one of the few victims who did not take my insurances word even when your company passed on false information telling them my vehicle was not affected . Why lie to people ? Why be sly ? We work hard for our money only to notice how damaged my vehicle and other vehicles that have been water logged sitting there for days . You could not make one repair on my car this far yet you can arrange all the Cars to be cleaned and auto valets because you are not disclosing to the clients and people how badly their car had been submerged in water . The public and social media needs to know about such people and business as this is wrong and unjust. I have no relationship with you and it's my insurance that I have been paying all along . The problem here is the unfair dishonest people like you we are forced to deal with and come across because of my insurance. Upon viewing my car Mr Trinolin had become very arrogant and got defensive when I had taken pictures of the evidence and had wanted to lock us into the premises as our unannounced presence had interuppted their venture in getting the cars cleaned . How is one suppose to take peoples words for it . How does being submerged foot pedal height be compared to the entire engine and car being submerged covering the steering height of the vehicle be the same as what you are trying to brush it of as . I walk around my vehicle got evidence and can clearly see the damages . My headlights were full with water , engine full of mud and sand pipes all corroded my seats inside completely covered in mud and many other faults that I cannot even tell that could now be wrong . The reason for this article is to make people aware of how businesses like this can manipulate and lie to you. If I had not gone there yestaday I would be in the dark like the many other people's cars there who's probably not even aware of the level of water the car was actually submerged in and that is scary . Is this the kind of sneaky business you run ? To lie to the public and customers ? Please be alert if you had a vehicle for repairs at ultimate cars prospection for repairs over this rainy period chances of them really showing you how badly affected and submerged your car had been in the water while on their propery and premises or even at the storage at TFM where all the cars that just arrive get stored in chances are very slim that.you will know the true damage and level of water your car had been exposed to unless you had pitched up in time before they had cleaned and cleared the ****** scene . This is nothing personal but being lied to having a car now that was completed submerged in water till dash board heigh and sitting in water firstly I never owned a car or sent a vehicle that had been that exposed to water like that before . Also I cannot accept your disgusting lies and how you opperate. This is a major problem and soon when other all realize the business this is and how the extent you'll have went through to cover up and lie. Standing in front of trinolin made my see how there was so much that was being hidden. But i speak for my self and something will be done . I have all supporting evidence and written emails that come from your company in writing saying my vehicle was not affected to now finding out my dam car had been swimming . You feel nothing for the people who have to work their whole life to afford a vehicle yet you a big business with insurances to take care of such events. So why lie ? Why's still auto valet the vehicles quickly ? You will not be there when my undercarriage is rotting years down the line or I have electronic faults that can endanger the life's of myself n my family . Further more people should be aware as water damage is something that is of high interest. You are there busy camouflaging and lieing to the clients like me about my car being submerged in water . From no damage to foot pedal height and to make my way there and notice it was pass the steering . Videos pictures don't lie and this is bull**** . I will make sure.i fight till the end and I call upon anyone who also mayb had a vehicle at ultimate cars over this rainy period please check your vehicle and inspect it properly before taking it back because personally this is what happend to me and it is completely unjust. Lucky for me it never got sent to the auto valet as yet but I'm sure by now it is to cover up your words. You are a lieing company and no person after seeing the condition the car had been under water and that much makes it impossible to accept . Big company like Toyota being your neighbour's in prospection had to recall their cars because of the severity of water damage n being submerged can do to a vehicle you get a company like this who can just think it's okay to tell the customers they have not been affected and their car is safe while the whole ****ing car was submerged completely what **** is that ? Is this even fair? My insurance being so slow also took your word for it when they enquired or mayb its a partnership thing who knows. But your emails the videos of my car the progress you so called was making on my vehicle contradicts it's self . Because of your lies and thinking it's okay to give people their car after being that water logged . Lol what a heartless business. Help and beware people .
In february 2022 I met an accident You being my insurance company Took over a month n a half to decide if you will process my claim . Finally after a long wait and investigating you decide you will eventually process my claim . My car then arrives after the long awaited month with your service and gets moved to the partner you chose as your panel beater provider which you have a relationship with ultimate cars In prospection. A week goes by after that and with no Communication from the insurance or ultimate cars I decide to take a visit to ultimate cars where nothing was even done to my vehicle as yet and was at another storage facility further up the road near Toyota called TFM customizing. 3 days after visiting ultimate cars I get a sms from ultimate cars saying the car is in stripping at this point 2 weeks had passed . My self the customer who has experienced nothing but time wasting and incompetence from you the insurance from deciding and treating your clients like ****. On the 3rd week of my car being at ultimate cars kzn is affected by the recent floods and throughout we have been trying to know what had happend or the progress of the vehicle but neither you being the insurance or my self could get ahold of ultimate cars . I then phone my insurance King price insurance enquiring about my vehicle because at this point and noticing how badly affect the area was on the television and news it is no way impossible that anyone wouldn't be worried about their vehicle . The next day One of king price consultant's then sends a email stating that the client (Myself) wants to know about the progress of the vehicle and if it had been affected by the floods and CC myself to an email sent to your panel beater ultimate cars . On the 24th of April 2022 king price responds and sends me an email stating in writing (Typed out ) that there will be a delay in the progress of my vehicle as the floods have only damaged the machinery at ultimate cars and not the vehicles at the panel shop P.S this is an email sent to us stating that the car was not affected or water logged from the king price email . I then get a call today from ultimate cars to say that the car had been water logged and that it wasn't that bad and the water had been to the foot pedal height only . ( What's the reason to emphasize on the footpedal I thourt ?) I then out of panic being a triple heart bypass patient ask my son to accompany me to the facility ultimate cars where we were confronted by the most deceitful person I've met owner of ultimate cars Mr tivolin . Deceitfull because upon inspection on my vehicle and seeing mine being the one out of many other vehicles there that were water logged and to see the team at ultimate cars lieing to the customers as well as you king price sending emails in writing to your clients promising the car hadn't been affected yet when I see my car it is so clear to see the car had been water logged in dept right until the steering heigh . How can you both the insurance and the people you work with and do business with miss such a big problem ? Why isn't the insurance taking the time to make sure the clients cars are properly checked against what the panel shop is just lieing to me about . I have documented voice recorded the conversation taken out pictures and have enough proof to show that the level of water that my car stood in for weeks is well over the seats and steering . Why is every one covering up the level of water the car had been submerged in I have clear.proof and evidence of that . Lucky for me I had reached the panel beating shop before my car could be taken for a auto valet like the many other vehicles have already been. How was I suppose to be assured as my car is in a terrible condition even my accident is nothing in comparison to what the he'll is going on now . I am through the roof now with this **** and terrible decisions you have made to cause the **** that is happening now it is due to you neglectful ways to me as a client and my vehicle as long as the people you send your business to . I refuse to now be caught in the middle of your slowness and pathetic customer service. Mayb if it did not take you a month to decide if you will pursue my claim we wouldn't now have a perfectly drivable vehicle now a vehicle that had been submerged in water for even a week or more since the panel beaters only got to the scene today . This is unfair and is against the rights of us customers . I had given you a car that had a side smash only not a car that is now a vehicle that had been sitting in water levels over the seats and steering . I have videos also that show how the people you deal with lie . I will make sure to bring this forward and get legal advice into this because you have failed me as your dam client I am now left to accept a car that you and the panel beaters want to cover up . I will do everything in my power to also show the truth and if I had not gone to see my vehicle the working class people like us are left to believe the dirty lies . How can emails that come from such a big cooperate be so contradicting against their words. What's more ***** is when I get to my car in ultimate cars only to find they have not even stripped a single part or done any repairs thus far not even a ***** opened ? Is this the kind of mockery Is this the kind of way we get treated . I am now left with people who are nothing but against what I have been saying all along . Why lie to us about the water and how badly it had been submerged ? Why because you are a bull**** ****ing business who does not care about your clients? How can you be in partnership with the people your cars go to and being the people we trust being our insurance shows the kind of ***** we get from you. I am now left with a vehicle which is completely a different vehicle after viewing it like I say I have videos and footage . When confronted the owner of ultimate cars he became furious and wanted to lock us into the premises till I deleted the footage. What's to hide here ? You and the panel beater have already lied to me I feel and if it takes me being a disabled client to go out to the site you should be at to inspect the wellness of my vehicle and not be told dum bull**** lies and have the client pitch up and make the findings then so be it . This is one of many complaints.from the beginning with my claim but one thing for sure is after seeing the level of water trails to see how far it had been submerged in and for that long I have no hope . It is not in my interest to be in the middle as you have been the service provider and the people you choose for business was solely your choice and decisions to have stored and then moved my vehicle to your choice of panel beaters . Even Tho storms is something unforseen who the **** are we to be lied to ? Why should people be in the dark about their vehicle,? What happends if there's problems that occurs down the line.my vehicle had been from brand new and I have record of every service history with Hyundai. Was I now suppose to accept my car from you knowing I've been lied to ? Must I drive with my family and a small 8 month old baby with a heavy mind thinking when the **** something electrically or mechanically is going to go wrong. Just because it starts does not mean anything is affected. The pipes in my engine have all already being corroded including the under carriage. Who is going to protect me when my car is going to dam rott and rust from the under? I am making this viral because the world needs to see the kind of behavior and how you are not for the people but for business . My head lights were completely filled with water from the inside. The engine manifold and stuff all show how high the water had been. Further more the sand like sea sand n umgeni sand is all filled up in my engine already it is right through only looking at video footage can compare to what I am trying to explain and that i do Have . My ignition is corroded shows how high the water was along with my head lights being completely filled up with water . Why are you as a business including the people you hire hiding and camouflaging what happend . This is not on to any person who has encountered such an accident and people like this who can lie about the amount of water my car had been in for that many days is unacceptable. Big Co operates like Toyota had to recall their cars that were affected and here we have people in businesses like this who just is busy auto valet all the cars at the panel shop before the customers arrive. This is completely wrong and unjust towars us clients . That is my vehicle after all and it's the people like us paying your salaries and company we are the customer and such lies and treatment only shows unlawful lies and builds trust issues with you .how can a client who has been through this much with you still have to make their own finding about their vehicle and get to it to notice and see before things could be camouflaged. now I have bigger issues with a car motor sitting in water and my car being exposed to many damages internally and externally. How was my car even going to be ready This is a serious matter Something better be done . I cannot get ahold of anyone senior Mr Gideon Galloway or no other seniors have the time to assist me in the unjust that I have almost been through . What about the other people who are left in the dark ?
Hi I would like to bring to everyones attention how unsatisfied I am with the customer service from the cell c team. I Amitha being a customer of cell c with nunerous contracts with them for the last 10 years had been through a incident where I had my handset stolden from me. I then called cell c last week on the 5th of May 2020 to enquire a new handset and was told one of my lines were due for an upgrade, to that good news after losing my device I then proceeded to a upgrades sales agent who took me through the process and helped me get my contract processed like always never having An issue with qualifying for contracts and being a good payer for many years with no default I was promised delivery on the phone within 3-5 days as the sales representative promised. I find it strange because numerous days have passed I then emailed the complaints department who said someone will Contact me in 2 days. They did contact me and promised the phone will be delivered today I get home today and still to no avail. I find cell c turn around time as a Company to be the poorest I've experieenced. I am aware that there is a nation wide pandemic but i am sure if companies are able to open up for business under level 4 like cell c did then they should be equipped to give their customers service delivery from the call centre's to the courier to ensure people are not made false promises just over a sale because I think it's pathetic that being an essential worker I am forced to be with out a handset due to your delay. It should be atleast Informed that there could be a delay instead of having such lack of communication even for the complaints department to phone and promise to be delivered today being the 12-05-2020 and still not keep up to their promise. People please be advised that this is unfair and we deserve answers not false promises and teaching yourlls call centre agents to make false promises over a sale. I am most unappreciated of the way cell c has handled this situation being my service provider
