My son saw a free bottle product to try, he logged in with my details since it required credit card details, the free free bottle surprised me when they debited R1839.32 from the credit card using the name Bereperfectionist.com, that was in October the 26th, 2020. November they used another name called Healthnfit.com and stole R1839.32, 24 December 2020. I tried sending them reply emails to stop and refund my account but nothing happened. All l need is my money to pay for him( my son ) at University since his results will be withheld due to non payment. Whatever free product they are selling is more expensive like buying a used Polo. They are not good at all , this Christmas when people are celebrating I'll be crying for my huge amount of money.
The service and customer easing service receive fro Ayanda at Miway insurance is beyond excellent, she gave me her full time when opening a new insurance policy, she explained everything l needed , all the options were explained without hidden costs. I received a first class comprehensive policy. Not forgetting their all in one application. Miway is indeed my saviour, reasonable and legendary service. Keep the good work up.
SA Underwriters team replied after yesterday's comment that l left here. They apologised and fixed the predicament. My policy was cancelled telephonically today with one of their staff members. Just didn't get his name as the line was not clear. I'm now happy again and just hope they will remove their debit order instruction from my bank account. Keep the good work up. Regards Freddy.
