I am utterly disappointed in the feedback I am getting the universal refunds department. I am due to get refunded on my medical saving but they cannot give me an exact date as to when payment will be made. I was told wait 5 months which I have done so patiently because they had to make sure they were no outstanding claims..and as per the statement sent to me there weren't any outstanding claims for the past 5 months. I can't understand why the payment cannot just take place within this week and why I need to wait even longer for this to happen. No one gives proper answers and even if you call them no proper feedback is given. I would like for my funds to be paid out within this week or I am going to keep posting here until this matter is resolved. I think I have been patient enough with you guys.
There's just no proper feedback that's been given..and when feedback is given its not according to what's showing on my profile. No one responds to mails unless it's the 3 or 4th mail sent. It's absolutely ridiculous that companies trust AF with their employees provident funds.
I am utterly disappointed in the service received from AF. I've been calling in several times and being told different things. No one responds to emails on time. I had to send about 4 emails to get a response. And that response didn't really give me the answers I was looking for. They say they will follow up and get back to you but that never happens as well.
I app**** for a top loan this morning and now I'm being told I need to wait 48 hours. I would not have app**** if it was not needed urgently
As I see all the negative feedback about AF i would like to add a complement on here for Marriam for her prompt feedback. While my claim has nothing to do with 2 pot system I appreciate the prompt feedback from AF with regards to my query. I hope this service continues until my claim has been resolved. Thank you Marriam once again.
The lack of urgency in clearing top up loan approvals is so terrible. They ask for numerous documents which I have sent. I urgently need funds to be paid out today. I've been a loyal client for months and I've never missed a payment. Now I'm told I need to wait 48 hours.
No sense of urgency on applications. I app**** and now I'm being told it takes 48 hours to review but this was not the case when the application was being processed
I received a builders voucher from a friend. I have an sms with the voucher number. I emailed the customer service to find out if the voucher could be used for airtime, lotto, electricity. They emailed me back saying that the voucher could be used for anything in their stores. I went to a branch to try to purchase a VAS product only to be told I can't use a gift voucher for such. I need to purchase something in store. I don't have a need to purchase anything from builders. I'm now not getting any feedback from them via email. I need this to be sorted out ASAP. Why did the customer service email me back saying the voucher could be used for anything but the store denied my request?
I got approved for a loan and did the application. Now I received an email saying payout will on happen on the 27th. What is the point if I have a crisis today
Bad experience. Because I wrote on here that they don't give feedback they emailed me saying they saw my bad review and now won't grant me a loan. They are so unprofessional. I needed the funds for a medical emergency but they refused to assist. I even removed the previous review thinking they would assist. They not a professional company at all
