I would avoid using Kings estates. The estate agent we worked with was very condescending, telling me he didn’t have to deal with my negativity when we had concerns about the property being burgled the day we signed the papers and calling me verbally abusive when I told him his conduct was unprofessional as he wan’t being transparent. Not to mention I was screamed at over the phone and he put the phone down in my ear.
My husband is physically unable to cancel his contract with CellC. He was told in-store that they are unable to do this, and will be contacted by the cancellation department which has still not happened. We’ve been on the phone with customer care which is horrifically incompetent and dishonest. The number we were given first of all does not take you to cancellations and the more this fact was reiterated the more we were met with resistance and ‘try again’. Surely to cancel a contract that has reached the end of its term should not be this hard. The debit order has now proceeded to be deducted, which one can equate to theft as this contract should have been cancelled as per the customer service consultant we spoke to. Judging by the dismal reviews on this website CellC is clearly not your mobile provider of choice!
I’ve bought two cars through Autosport and both times the service was excellent. From choosing a car that not only suits my lifestyle, but also my budget, to financing and timeous delivery. The staff are friendly and helpful and I couldn’t recommend a better dealership.
