I bought Hisense phone only use it for couple months when want too recharge when something blow up after more than 1 month I take it too 1 off TFG shop for repair because it was still under warrantee.I take everything I received with the persone how receive it taking the screen cover off that's not suppose too do then after sending it away I received a quote that's it's fine but wanted the insurance that the phone will work but corresponce was only sms and email so the phone was left there for more than a year than when I collect then phone the store. Another complain was lay the someone phone and tel me the charger I was using was not compatible but the firts assesment telling me the screen was crack that's the reason why the phone pop the first time but they still want full repayment of R17000 the custermer service it so bad all they say problem is resolved without interaction
I think there online auction is a scam too get higher price for the vechile I contact them and customer service is pathetic . The consultant never phone back I think I will contact Cartblanch too investigate
He ask for payment and never delivered goods as promised .I think he is running a scamPa
