Very unhappy with the service I received from GBS Bricks
I bought 8500 bricks on the 10 July 2018. We started building on the 17th of July and realized that there was a significant number of the bricks that were broken .I went to GBS brick on the 4th of August to report that the were broken bricks and spoke to Brian . Brian and I agreed on i should collect all the bricks and wait till we finish building , once we are done I will let them know and they will send an assessor to determine the damage .I went back to GBS on the 9th of October and Brian asked me to send an email with an attachment of the pictures of the bricks . The email was sent to Brian.gbsbricks.co.za Brian then asked me if I still want bricks or something else , I told him that we finished building and that I need cement , and I left with an understanding that they will collect the bricks and I get cement in exchange. I went back on the 12th of October I went back to tell them that I am still waiting for the assessor . They assured me that the assessor will come the next day , but they didn't pitch. Till today no one has come to check the bricks . I have more than R800.00 worth of bricks and I need my money back . Can someone from GBS please attend to this matter.

Appalling Service
<p>I called in and spoke to a lady by the name Patricia to make an enquiry. Her line was very soft and politely I asked her to speak louder as I was struggling to hear her. She than rudely responded saying that that's how she speaks and there's nothing she can do about it and that I should adjust my volume if I can't hear her. The tone of her voice and attitude suggested that she was unwilling to assist me</p> <p>I felt that as the "voice of the company" she could have better handled the situation instead of the appalling, disrespectful and disappointing manner. </p>

Won't buy back extra material he quoted me on
I payed for building has material from gbs bricks in laanglagte after I gave them my plan they did a quotation for me. They worked it out to about R30000 to build a single garage.i had to call and fight for each dilevery to Come and it was 3 deliveries. They had promised to bring material as and when il need it. That never happen they bombarded me with material I won't use at first. Now there is extra material worth about R4000 that I didnt use. They say they don't take material back. Please help get my money back. They must Come get their material back that I paid for. I need my money.
