I mistakenly put money into the wrong Supersonic account in December 2021. I got this account from their bots. When I called supersonic about the transection I made they told me it's the wrong account and they can't credit me for the next 28 days cycle. I have since been asking for a refund to no avail. It's four months later. They keep promising they will deposit the money, but they never do.
i bought a Hisense fridge around October 2018. it started making a funny unusual noise a year later or so. i logged a call for it then hisense did not come at all. luckily it stopped making that funny noise. now the fridge is not cold enough the things in the deep freezer don't freeze. Food rots in the fridge. i logged a call 13 December 2021. Their personnel came to check the fridge on the 16 December 2021. they changed the settings and said i should monitor the fridge. On the 17 December 2021 i called the technician to say there hasn't been any changes. He said he would come the 18nth or 19nth December 2021. He never showed up. i called Hisense again on Monday 20 December 2021 they said the technician would call me to come and fix it. to this day 23 December 2021 my fridge is not working its Christmas time i cannot buy food to enjoy with my family. my fridge is not working.
<p>i have not been able to use data i pay for every month because my phone doesnt have internet access anymore. ive been complaining since 01 November 2016 till to date my query is not resolved and im still paying for data i cant use. when i call to get feedback i have to wait an hour for them to pick up my calls. on the 05-02-2016 I brought back a vehicle BMW on call hired for me to Auto Alphina BMW Boksburg left the key with Megan an employee at BMW. I called Rihan 0837861718 some black guy answered the phone. I told him to come and fetch the vehicle. on 08-02-2016 I get a call from Woodford asking me where the vehicle is. told them I left it at Auto alphina. I get a shock the driver that went to fetch the vehicle says the car has a scratch. I never scratched the car. I cant be held liable for a scratch I don't know. I requested camera footage from BMW they don't have apparently.no one checked the car when I dropped it off. they made me sign a form that was incomplete there was no vehicle description no registration. on the 13-02-2016 R1000 is taken from my account. and another R1000 now as we speak I cant access my finds on my credit card because there is R2653 waiting to come off of my credit card. I am not happy at all with Woodford's business. I never scratched their vehicle. making me sign an incomplete form is fraud. taking money from my credit card without my permission is fraud. I want my money back. no communication. this is fraud is not a way to run a business, im not impressed.
I payed for building has material from gbs bricks in laanglagte after I gave them my plan they did a quotation for me. They worked it out to about R30000 to build a single garage.i had to call and fight for each dilevery to Come and it was 3 deliveries. They had promised to bring material as and when il need it. That never happen they bombarded me with material I won't use at first. Now there is extra material worth about R4000 that I didnt use. They say they don't take material back. Please help get my money back. They must Come get their material back that I paid for. I need my money.
