1. Requested a tombstone refix and paid a deposit. They never took Any step after receiving the deposit for a month 2. I then requested a refund due to no service rendered by the company and I’m still waiting… it’s been 4 weeks. I have been calling almost every day and the lady from their Katlegong office keeps promising to remind the manager 3. The manager apparently is not allowed to interact with unhappy customers
One of Vodacom's consultants opened a new number under my contract without my permission. I notified the Vodacom Fraud department. They closed my line and haven't communicated anything further. I submitted my email address along with the dispute. Vodacom has closed my line for over a week now and there is still no communication from them
Vodacom SA blocked my line for 5 days now... I have been calling every day and none of the consultants have helped. Today, I called in and was told that a request from GA Rankuwa was ordered to suspend my line (I live in the east rand of jhb). How does Vodacom allow someone to suspend a line without varifing if they are the rightful owner of the contract?? How do they suspend/ delete my number without my consent?? SA is under lockdown, I cannot do without my phone because most of us are working from home.
