Remember I have vouchered to fight for those that are helpless who don't know their rights as far as the know how 's of challenging corporates like Clientele Legal/Life that I am pulling on stops to ensure that they will never ever underestimate anyone else in the Land to think they can do as they please without facing consequences. My theme is that we are all equal before the regulatory authorities which governs them too. I have lodged in my complaint against Clientele Legal with Financial Services Conduct Authority and my matter is being investigated by highly organised professional body that recognizes prescripts of impartiality than promoting bias in using your own referee to sit in their own cause.
I I just referred my matter to the financial services conduct authority FSCA . I don't chase tails because I would be like them who are a bunch of clowns. I strike them by a simple tool law, after this whole process, will know better and respect that consumers out there have rights that are regulated by other impartial independent bodies, because they they are the law themselves
They are very bad and they are misleading customers hence I even question those reviews that they seem to flaunt them on TV are genuine and real they seem desperate they debited my account twice and they recently asked me to send them my screenshots which I did forward to them. In total they owe me 2XR375.00 and we are still fighting and Ms Nonhlanhla Gwenya told me there will be no further deductions and/or debits. There's no order in that company, it's like a circus and I am not sure who's the Head clown. To me how many people they doing this to them without recourse or not knowing what to do next, because even if you you change the card you charge by bank for the new card but your banking account details are still with them. Nobody cares as I didn't not receive phone call from them. Ms Ngwenya put it in writing assurances they are *****ing my money for entering my account without probably cause and/or underlying contract.
I'm gonna embarass them I'm gonna go to small claims court and report them to fsca as well
I'm almost giving up on them and the most frustrating part about they keep bragging about big things and one wonders if you are to claim either for your policy being life or legal they will be able to meet your claim it taking them a weeks investigating a mere R375.00 that they know that they were wrong in deducting as they know it caused a lot of havoc. May doubt comes as a fact that, a corporate company like them flaunting adverts on national television about what they do for those people they buy to say those reviews that are looking positive is a fallacy not real. What difference R375 will do to their balance sheet.
Despite numerous request to refund me they have refused an/or neglected such request
They cancelled my policy but they are continuing to debit my account
I'm still not paid by them despite proving to them the I sent them the WhatsApp message before the expiry of the 30 day cooling off period that they should cancel the policy. I forwarded the screenshots to them but they are telling me they're investigating, what? on the face of the WhatsApp cancellation text whatsapp messages
I have been debited my account not on numerous occasions despite telling them they must cancel but again this morning they took my money on day that we did not agree upon all that I want they must refund my money today please and cancel that debit order for good I'm not interested In their product R375 refund
