Imizi Housing - empty promises lead you to be homeless!
I applied at Willowdene Project and was approved. I made it very clear I had to be out of my place on the 1st of December. Marvin and Willowdene assured me there was a unit available for the 1st but I had to pay the deposit etc. I proceeded to pay the full deposit and first month's rent. He now NEVER returns my calls and NOBODY has answers. Myself and my kids are now living where we can. I have heard I am not the first and there are sooooo many cases like this! DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING

Rather don't pay these people!!!!! You have no proof in the end!
I paid the settlement amount these people wanted and it has been more than a month of asking for the settlement letter etc. Absolutely PATHETIC. I WANT MY SETTLEMENT LETTER AND ITC UPDATED!!!!!!!!

No response to emails for more than 2 months
I have been trying to get a statement sent to me since 19 March. I have sent MULTIPLE emails and this is what it has come down to. I have had 2 responses apologizing and still didn't assist. Please can someone just send my statement to me??
