My mom needed to update her prescription. I had to make a conference call so I could help her out as I live in a different province to her. I explained to the consultant that I would be helping my mom with the call as I am her dependent and she struggles to hear. Fast forward Belinda the first consultant suggests we be transferred to the chronic division. We are now attended by Natasha Abrahams but when talking and addressing my mother, when she misunderstood what she was saying made her very rude and dismissive. So I ask her to please adjust her tone as she could tell by the ID number the lady is old and she is struggling to hear her. Natasha didn't take well to this and starting screaming at me as well and said Belinda never mentioned to her that I was also on the call. But while we tried to explain she carried on shouting. She didn't want to understand that there was an initial miscommunication with her coworker. On the 1st of July 2020, I submitted a claim to Hollard Insurance but still no luck with feedback. I was even lied to and told that they did receive feedback and my claim would be finalized on Friday the 24th of July, still nothing. Now I'm told I have to "wait and wait" in the consultants own words. I have been debited this month again for a phone I don't even own. I'm honestly disappointed with the level of service delivery from this company. I've been paying the insurance for more than a year and this is the treatment I have received. Mind you this is not the first issue, in December 2019 I was charged insurance for 5 Samsung A2 Core devices of which I didn't even know about I was surprised with a debit order of R967 for devices I didn't even own. If it's not the fraud its the dishonesty.
I have been using them for only two weeks and I've already lost 3 parcels at the cost of R6000.00 my customers are in panic mode and they send me an email claiming their vehicle was high jacked, with no case number even provided. Another one of my customers only received one box instead of the two we sent. This company does not understand the term of service delivery at all. Very disappointed customer.
