TELKOM SECURITY QUESTIONS SCAM
I tried to apply for Telkom's online 1TB home internet deal, after spending 30min of me give my details to the agent, with a terrible line, agents dog barking in the back ground, child crying in the background, the phone call drops? Two days later i contact Telkom to question what is happening with my application. At this point the agent lets me know that i failed the security questions and that i must proceed to the nearest Telkom store to sort the matter out. I arrive at the Irene store, where the sale consultant informs me that this matter can not be dealt with instore as the deal is a online deal only. She the proceeded to contact Telkom's call centre, hands me the phone and says i should proceed with the agent. This time the agent strait away confirms that i have failed the security questions and can not apply of 6 months. As a financial accountant, commissioner of oaths, tax practitioner and director of a large HVAC company, how can i be flagged for possible fraud as the agent tells me. Surely something is wrong with the way the security questions are dealt with!!!

Ford Credit Covid19 Relief
How long does it take for Ford Credit to responed to payment relief. I have submitted all the additional documenation that they have requested, its now over a week later and still no repsonce.. But im sure that the debit order will go off on the 1st, lets hope theres money in the account. Ford Credit, you need to address this with your customers!!!!!

Horror travel experiance!!!
Becareful what you wish for with Iberia. Travelling from Madrid to Frankfort as part of a ship cruise, my luggage never made it to Frankfort!!! Lodged all documentation at Frankfort. 3 Months after return from the Ship cruise they found my luggage!! It was never forwarded to Frankfort from Madrid. Problem is will only the clothes on my back i had to get some basic clothes and toiletries, thinking that Iberia word have a from of Claim to this. Claim submitted 17 July 2019. To date not reply and if you log into their cliam site, mine is on received status from then.
