Sanparks booking website is the most frustrating website I've ever used. Bookings are almost impossible to make. Try make a booking for two or three nights and it's impossible :(
Subaru problems: I purchased a downstream O2 sensor for my 2006 Subaru from Subaru Eastern Cape. I was then informed by a senior mechanic within the motor group that the R4600 item would not help with the issue I have with intermittent throttle pick up and engine smoothness. I had already replace the upstream O2 sensor which I purchased from Subaru Port Elizabeth for R6500. With the information received that the new O2 sensor would have very little effect in sorting out the above issues I asked the local agents if they could return the sensor which had never been opened back to Subaru head office parts division and rather spend the R4600 on doing safety checks like replacing CV's, all fluids in the car etc. I was then informed that there would be a 15% handling fee of R670.00 to courier the small sensor back to Subaru SA. This is exorbitant as courier costs should not be more than R250. Just would like to hear Subaru's opinion on this daylight *******.
Shockingly bad company. They are the ONLY company that I have dealt with over the internet that advertise one thing and then bill you for another. This company needs to be investigated for *****. I took out a one month contract to see what the experience was like. After a disappointing experience with no photographs of people who you would like to continue your correspondence with but instead a generic photograph of a image bank person with a slash line through. However the MAIN issue is that the company has now deducted three months in advance of the premium which I have no intension of using. Real ****STERS.
I have invested a small amount into eToro through deposits via my Visa Credit card. I have now been trying for over three weeks to withdraw my "profits" to no avail. eToro say that my bank is not a USD correspondence bank and they are unable to make the deposit into my account. The very same bank is a legitimate bank in South Africa (Discovery Bank) which use Visa for the above credit card deposits into eToro account. After no success from the above route I opened a PayPal account and have sent that information to eToro to make their deposit into the said PayPal account. After a further two weeks I receive "Customer Service" emails saying they are looking into my case reference number. PLEASE BE WARY of eToro
I migrated from RMB to Discovery. I suddenly know sit with a negative amount in my credit card of tens of thousands of rands. Nobody seems trained to assist me. I need to speak to a real person one to one who can assist. With Covid 19 I have also requested and completed reductions in policies I own. Arranged to reduce payments on debit orders. This indeed happened in October but now has reverted back to previous DO amount. very annoying,
After taking in my Tag Heuer AGAIN for repairs I get the response that the watch has been dropped. This has been "decided" on the number of "dents" and "scratches" on my so called timepiece. I had the watch fully serviced 12 months and a few days ago which cost about R9000.00 ($540.00) This included a push button replacement. The watch is old and has been used and abused as normal use. I do not keep the watch in cotton wool but use it as it was advertised. Strong and reliable. Over the period of owning this watch I have spent about six TIMES the cost of the original cost of the watch on servicing and repairs. This is a money making racket that should put all and sundry off purchasing a Tag Heuer watch in South Africa. I now plan to buy a reliable Japanese TIMEPIECE that are super reliable. SEIKO here I come
Absolutely the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Their service does not exist. No answering of their Port Elizabeth depot. Promises not fulfilled, lies and more lies.
