I am utterly disgusted with the poor service received from OR Thambo security. I dropped off a family member at the airport not even 2 minutes when I got back my cars wheels where clamped by the security the same app**** to the person next to me. I was then approached by the security that asked me to pay 2k or opt to pay a bribe of R500. I had to borrow money they then escorted me to the atm to get the money. This makes me wonder how many innocent people get ****med by the security personnel on a daily basis.
Good day I have been trying multiple times for months now to reach out to the NCR with no response to the burning matter I have. I have been placed on debt review without my consent by a company called African Credit Union. The consultant that placed on review is no longer working there and for months I have been battling to get my name removed as I never used their services as I am handling my debt well. I finally got feedback from the company stating my name is off their system and they provided me with a screen shot as proof however I am still unable to transact I was then referred to the NCR to clear my name and now no calls are answered as well as emails. I have never in my life had such a bad customer experience from being placed on debt review without my consent to a consultant saying they can’t listen to the recording after I insisted that they do so in order for them to realize that I was not at fault the more I told the consultant I am not interested to be on debt review he then went forth to place me on debt review. African Credit Union want me to pay a fee when I never used their service nor have I given them consent can a manager or someone other then a consultant contact me urgently it has been six months this is a major inconvenience. I have been wrongfully placed under debt review because I answered a call by a consultant of African Credit Union I gave him the benefit of the doubt to listen to him but said I am not interested he then continued and placed me on debt review without my consent, it has been six months I received a cancellation letter from a consultant named Jamie filled it in and sent it back thinking the matter would be resolved she then informed me that I should pay a certain amount to be taken of I called numerous times no response if this matter will not be resolved today I am going to the ombudsman!!!!!
Good evening I feel highly frustrated with African Credit Union after two weeks of calling every day and emails all they ever ask is for my identity number and promise to get back to me but never return my calls or get the right people to speak to me. I can’t stand the level of unprofessionalism and I don’t get that they don’t understand customer service remove my name from your data base as I didn’t apply to be under debt review I handle my debt perfectly fine!!!! If not I will escalate the matter to the ombudsman!
I am disgusted after speaking to a male consultant and he explained the company service. I listened to him and after he was done I told him I am not interested to go under debt review as I am able to pay my accounts. He then proceeded without my consent to go through with the application even if I clearly stated I am not interested. I called the company and all they do is redirect me. Kindly remove me from debt review as I can handle my debt , do so with immediate effect!!!
I am very disappointed about the service I got from Intelo Bricks a lady by the name of Amanda assured me they are a legit company an invoice was issued to my email address after payment was made it has been a week and every time I try to make contact with them I can’t get hold of them via WhatsApp, email or calls. I hope this was not a ****😡

I am very unhappy with the service I received from On Air I hardly have this decoder for three weeks and want it cancelled, however I was told I can’t do so after I advised the consultant I wasn’t told that I am bind to a contract as I thought it’s DSTV and they knew my decoder is old I needed the new one I thought I am renting it for 24 months. The first payment didn’t even go off yet and I am not enjoying it 😡😡😡 do you even consider customer services and the importance there of??? I don’t want the explorer
Good day my name is Megan I am very unhappy with the services I received from Bolt .Firstly I used their services yesterday and the ride was R23 the drunk driver charged me R76.Today I requested a ride the driver advised that he was far I cancelled the ride a R100 was deducted and there after another R100 this is very poor customer service and I will never use your services again I just want my money back.
