I'm writing on behalf of my Father he worked for the company for 8 years and he got dismissed in March he then applied for the uif money he still receiving the money for uif apparently he worked extra hours that he never got Paid for then he took the matter to labor department the owner Shabeer not sure if my spelling is correct promised to pay the money on the 15th of September of which he didn't we gave him a call yesterday asking him what happened he said the the put 2 digit wrong hence the deposit didn't go through but promised that yesterday before 12 the money will be in but still nothing, the manner in which he treats his former employee is not good at all may I kindly ask for help because clearly his not willing to pay the money
Hi my mom bought a wodrobe at fairprice in Evaton the promised her that someone will come to build it for her they did but after some few weeks the wodrobe is falling apart she went to the store to let them know they promised to come n fix up until today nothing has been done, the service is very poor or maybe they taking advantage of her because she elderly person imagine buying something because you need it but getting the kind of service I think their service n quality is very bad

Hi there I'm writing to you for the second time now reason is thaim very frustrated last week I have received an email from old mutual saying they have received my complain one of the consultants are busy with it n the will contact me then I got an email asking me to send thru my references number n scheme number of which I didn't have at the time then I gave them my ID number I was told that they can't find my portfolio then I took my own airtime called old mutual again they gave me both the reference and scheme number I emailed them back didn't gat any response till now my point is why is it easy for me to contribute money every month without any hustle but when I get to resing is a problem for me to gat the money I'm home now due to lock down don't they think that if I had my money it will make a big difference in my kids life I still say if only I knew that saccawu is working with old mutual I would have never ever bothered my self to join the provident fund I'm in need of the money but because I'm less privileged I'm being ignored. If I had money I would have get the lawyer to assist me but with what money, old mutual the service you have given me I will never join anything that has your name on it I owe that much to myself I'm hurt I'm struggling I really need the money imagine calling every day for me to be able to get feedback from you then been told different story every day I was being told after 48hrs I will get my money I'm waiting
Still waiting for my provident fund from them even now I have resigned in December 2019 but still I haven't received my money yet and I call them every day but still nothing one of their consultant nomthandazo is very cruel I wouldn't do anything with old mutual I was a saccawu member didn't know what they work with old mutual the service is poor
