Horrible quality dress
Absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. My little sister’s matric dance has been ruined due to the horrible quality dress we paid thousands for. Worst after purchase customer service I’ve ever seen. Also very unresponsive and completely unwilling to accommodate us with her dance being less than a week away.

Great customer service
Very helpful when I sent an email enquiring about a parcel delivery. Responded within a day and was very kind and eager to help. Great customer service experience.
