My husband was injured from *****s sticking out of a cupboard in a Woolworths store. He has to have stitches and has been out of running training for months. We have submitted the medical costs only and Woolworths have refused to even acknowledge our email, refused to give us a contact number for Tribeca to try to resolve the issue and have made no payments to date.
I was there for a wedding when the bride went to book in. Ten minutes after her book in time [3:10pm] she was told the room was not ready. When she asked if she could leave her wedding dress in the room at least, she was told she could leave it at reception. On insisting that she leave it in the room, we were taken there only to find that the hotel was only just starting to clean the room. If the Mount Nelson would like it's reputation for excellence to be respected, it needs to return the favour.
My account has been wrong since February. Despite several emails, phone calls and please to correct it, it is now May 20 and I am being hassled by TRUWORTHS to make payment for money I do not owe. It has also affected my credit ratting and reflects as a non payment. Once I spoke to head quarters and they corrected it, only for it to be back at the old mistake the next month.
