I've been contemplating whether or not I should review them because it was all good up until the paperwork had to be done, once we were in full swing of getting the house the agent just ghosted, we had to follow up with the agent and that was unacceptable, it made it worse when we tried to contact their office for help but was told that we had to deal with our agent. Buying a house is no joke and to be left in the dark is the worst thing ever. Their lack of information and almost no communication is just frustrating and they seem to only care about money as long as they've made their sale they no longer care about you. Beware of them! I am sure not all agents are like this but ever agent I have ever met hasn't proven me wrong so be careful and keep tabs on them.
Unfriendly and quite rude casher lady, she even had the nerve to call out to us while we were on the aerial obstacles, which was very distracting and aggravating!! what if someone had gotten hurt by her yelling at them!! so disappointed it was our first time too..
These people should be ashamed of themselves, I recently received an sms for an outstanding fine which was 2 years ago, of course I would not have the receipts for it as it was such along time ago that I had paid it, now I am forced to pay it again. Have these people no shame, they really trying to get money out of people. Please guys keep all your traffic fine payments they will do anything to get more money even re-send an old fine!
Unprofessional and poor communications skills, took them so long to send us an uninformative sms (which they charge for) to let us know about a fine they had submitted almost 2 years ago! HOW SLOW/LAZY are these people! and to top it all off when you need to contact them regarding payment or to confirm that this fine is correct, they are uncontactable as if they didn't exists, they avoid talking or dealing with any situations regarding fixing the problem.
Pathetic! and to think this is one of the most important places, but the service the staff , the management... just unbelievable! I truly hope that someone fixes this place and soon because it is just pathetic! They do not look after their staff or their work environment that is why they kept on closing for Covid-19, they should get new staff and management with better work ethic. They do not follow up with their clients they do not answer their phones nor reply to emails , they might as well be non-existent.
At Promenade mall for 3 days I have been struggling to pay my car license, I stood in a line from the time they had opened, just to be told that they are closing because they do not get paid overtime to do more work! And they only supposed to service 50 people a day! What bull**** is that! Do they have any idea the **** that this pandemic has made for the everyday worker! It is the most pathetic excuse to use that they do not get paid over time! They only open at 9 am and close at 3 pm not even a full day of work! How are people that work till late hours in the night(overtime) supposed to pay their license if they can't! A worker from their centre came out smoking a cigarette slowly waiting for the time to pass! Then told us his not letting anyone else in because they don't get paid overtime! I truly hope and pray that people like this, people that make our lives so difficult! I hope they pay the price!
I honestly don't understand how this place can still be operating. Not only do they have the worse service their customer service is pathetic, I am just disgusted. I cancelled my line last year and now 4 months later I get a message about lawyers and ****, I then contacted them to find out what was going on and they said the line is still active. I then explained to this retarded agent that I had cancelled the line last year already how is it possible that I have an outstanding amount and why did it take them this long to contact me. Anyway I then told them to cancel the line and send me the final statement and a cancellation document. Now I am requesting proof of my cancelled line and they say they can not provide it. WFT... what if they do this again to me and I do not have proof ..? Because they did not give me proof. Now I am in a constant battle everyday asking for cancellation document because I need proof of my line being cancelled. There is no words to describe my true hatred for this company they are the worst of the worst.
